honestly no reason to complain. quiet hotel with very central location and tastefully decorated rooms. comfy beds and central heating, a private safe, and flat-screen tv. bedrooms were separate, staff was friendly.

The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The hotel was conveniently located near a popular shopping street and the beautiful coast. Plus, the staff was friendly and provided helpful suggestions during our city trip.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par. We noticed dirt marks on the walls and the shower doors were not properly cleaned in the corners.

I recently had a wonderful stay at Morelli Suite in the heart of Chiaia. The location was superb, just steps away from The Lungomare and a bustling shopping street. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, making me feel safe and comfortable. The staff, especially Fabio, went above and beyond to ensure my late arrival went smoothly. They even delivered breakfast to my room each morning. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on my next trip. Joe

Enjoyed a "delightful" Italian breakfast, conveniently close to Port and shopping street. Amenities included free WiFi and concierge services. "Thrilled" to have to be present at check-in.

Just "loved" the inflexibility of late check-in. Wouldn't open after 11?
